1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Azure Palms Resort & Spa website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. To complete a booking, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have a valid payment method
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Bank Transfer
  • USDT Cryptocurrency

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate plan:

  • Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellation or changes allowed
  • Package Rates: Specific cancellation terms apply per package

Cancellations made within the free cancellation period will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full amount.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
  • Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone who violates our policies
  • Evict guests for disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or policy violations
  • Charge for any damages caused to resort property

7. Property Rules

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and guest rooms
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Use of resort facilities is subject to availability and rules

8. Liability

Azure Palms Resort & Spa is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for disruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, or natural disasters.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
