What is the best rate guarantee? ▼
When you book directly through our website, we guarantee you'll receive the lowest available rate. If you find a lower rate elsewhere within 24 hours of booking, contact us and we'll match it plus give you an additional 10% discount.
Can I modify my reservation after booking? ▼
Yes, reservations can be modified subject to availability. Log in to your account and visit "My Bookings" to request changes, or contact our reservations team. Changes made more than 48 hours before check-in are free of charge. Modifications within 48 hours may be subject to fees depending on your rate plan.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDT). A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on your selected rate plan.
Do you offer group or corporate rates? ▼
Yes! We offer special rates for groups of 5 or more rooms and corporate accounts. Please visit our

How do gift cards work? ▼
Azure Palms gift cards can be purchased online and used toward any booking, dining, spa services, or activities. They are delivered instantly by email and never expire. Visit our

What time is check-in and check-out? ▼
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 12:00 PM and late check-out until 2:00 PM are available upon request, subject to availability, at no extra charge for Platinum loyalty members. For other guests, a fee may apply.
What room types are available? ▼
We offer over 15 room categories including Deluxe Garden Rooms, Ocean View Suites, Beachfront Villas, Overwater Bungalows, Honeymoon Suites, Azure Sky Lofts, Coral Reef Suites, Royal Garden Villas, and our exclusive Presidential Villa. Each category offers unique views, amenities, and experiences.
Are the rooms air-conditioned? ▼
Yes, all rooms and villas feature individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans. Our overwater bungalows and beachfront villas also have natural ventilation options to enjoy the Caribbean breeze.
Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms? ▼
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including all rooms, villas, restaurants, pool areas, and the beach. Premium fiber-optic internet is available in our suites and villas.
Do rooms have private pools or hot tubs? ▼
Select room categories include private plunge pools or hot tubs. Our Overwater Bungalows feature glass-floor panels and direct ocean access. The Presidential Villa includes a private infinity pool, hot tub, and dedicated butler service. Check individual room listings for specific amenities.
Can I request a specific room or view? ▼
Room requests (specific floor, view, bed configuration) can be noted during booking in the "Special Requests" field. While we cannot guarantee specific rooms, we do our best to accommodate preferences. Guaranteed room assignments are available for an additional fee — contact our concierge team.

How many restaurants does the resort have? ▼
Azure Palms features five dining venues: The Azure Restaurant (fine dining, open for dinner), The Coral Terrace (all-day dining with ocean views), The Beach Bar & Grill (casual lunch and cocktails), The Sunset Lounge (cocktails and light bites), and In-Villa Dining available 24/7.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated? ▼
Absolutely. Our culinary team accommodates all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and allergy-specific menus. Please inform us of any dietary needs at the time of booking or upon arrival so we can prepare accordingly.
Is breakfast included in the room rate? ▼
Breakfast inclusion depends on your selected rate plan. Our "Bed & Breakfast" and "Half Board" packages include breakfast. The "Flexible Rate" and "Non-Refundable" rates are room-only. The "All Inclusive" package includes all meals and select beverages. Check your booking confirmation for details.
Do I need reservations for the restaurants? ▼
Reservations are recommended for The Azure Restaurant (fine dining) and are required for private dining experiences. The Coral Terrace and Beach Bar & Grill welcome walk-ins. Reservations can be made through your account portal, by calling the concierge, or at the restaurant reception.

What spa services are available? ▼
The Azure Palms Spa offers over 40 treatments including Caribbean-inspired massages, facials, body wraps, hydrotherapy, couples treatments, and holistic wellness therapies. We also offer yoga classes, meditation sessions, and a fully equipped fitness center open 24/7.
Do I need to book spa treatments in advance? ▼
We strongly recommend booking spa treatments at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak season. Treatments can be booked through our website, by calling the spa directly at extension 3, or through your in-room tablet. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
What is the minimum age for spa access? ▼
The spa facilities (pool, sauna, steam room) are reserved for guests aged 16 and over. Spa treatments are available for guests 18 and over. Teens aged 14-17 may receive select treatments with parental consent and accompaniment.

What water sports are available? ▼
We offer a full range of water sports including snorkeling, scuba diving (PADI certified instructors), kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, deep-sea fishing, and sunset sailing cruises. Equipment rental and lessons are available at the Water Sports Center on the beach.
Are there activities for children? ▼
Yes! Our Kids' Club (ages 4-12) offers supervised activities daily from 9 AM to 5 PM including beach games, arts & crafts, snorkeling lessons, and cultural activities. Babysitting services are available for younger children. Teens have access to a dedicated lounge with gaming and social activities.
Can you arrange island excursions? ▼
Our concierge team can arrange a wide variety of island excursions including boat tours, island hopping, whale watching (seasonal), cultural tours, helicopter rides, and private beach picnics. Contact the concierge desk or visit the Activities Center to book.
📋 Policies & Cancellations
What is the cancellation policy? ▼
Cancellation policies vary by rate plan: Flexible Rate — free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in; Bed & Breakfast / Half Board — free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in; Non-Refundable — no refund upon cancellation; All Inclusive — free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within the policy window will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.
Is there a resort fee? ▼
A daily resort fee of $45 per room applies to all bookings. This covers: unlimited Wi-Fi, non-motorized water sports equipment, fitness center access, Kids' Club, daily yoga classes, and local and international calls. The resort fee is included in the displayed room rate on our website.
What is the pet policy? ▼
Azure Palms is a pet-friendly resort. Small pets (under 10kg) are welcome in select garden-view rooms and villas with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay. Pets are not permitted in restaurants, the spa, or pool areas. Please inform us at booking if you plan to bring a pet.
What is the smoking policy? ▼
Azure Palms is a non-smoking resort in all indoor areas including rooms, restaurants, and the spa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. A deep-cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.

How do I get to the resort from the airport? ▼
The resort is approximately 15 minutes from Providenciales International Airport (PLS). We offer complimentary airport transfers for stays of 3 nights or more (pre-booking required). Private transfers, taxis, and rental cars are also available. Contact our concierge to arrange your transfer.
Do I need a visa to visit Turks & Caicos? ▼
Turks & Caicos Islands is a British Overseas Territory. Citizens of the US, UK, Canada, EU, and most Commonwealth countries do not require a visa for stays up to 90 days. We recommend checking with your local embassy or the TCI government website for the most current entry requirements.
What currency is used? ▼
The official currency of Turks & Caicos is the US Dollar (USD). All prices at the resort are in USD. We also accept major foreign currencies at the front desk. ATMs are available on the resort property and in nearby Grace Bay.
