Deposit at booking: A deposit of 25% of the total stay is charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Balance due: The remaining balance is charged 7 days before arrival for standard bookings, or at check-in for flexible rate bookings.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We do not accept cash payments for room reservations.

Security pre-authorization: A credit card pre-authorization of $500 USD per room per stay is held at check-in for incidentals. This is released within 3–5 business days after check-out if no charges are incurred.

Currency: All rates are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your card issuer.

Gift cards: Azure Palms gift cards can be applied at checkout. Multiple gift cards may be used for a single booking.

Azure Palms Resort & Spa is a 100% non-smoking property, including all indoor areas, balconies, and terraces.

Designated smoking areas are available at two locations on the resort grounds, clearly marked and away from guest rooms and dining areas.

Smoking in guest rooms, on balconies, or in any non-designated area will result in a $350 USD deep-cleaning fee charged to the guest's account.

Dress code: Smart casual attire is required in all restaurants after 6:00 PM. Swimwear is not permitted in dining areas.

Photography: Personal photography is welcome throughout the resort. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from management.

Outside food & beverages: Outside alcohol is not permitted in resort restaurants, bars, or pool areas. Outside food is permitted in guest rooms only.

Pool rules: No diving, no glass containers, no running. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The resort reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other guests or staff. No refund will be issued in such cases.
